Lorenzo Zampaglione
Lawyer

Born in Naples on 29 May 1973
At the same time as the degree in Law obtained with the highest grade (110/110 cum laude) at the University of Naples Federico II with a thesis in Civil Law entitled "Fulfillment as a condition of the Contract", supervisor Ch.mo Professor Biagio Grasso began his legal practice in 1999 at the Law Firm of the lawyer Errico Di Lorenzo with offices in Naples and Rome, as well as the collaboration with Prof. Domenico Buonomo, holder of the chair at the Department of Commercial Law of the Federico II Faculty of Naples. With the latter, a profitable professional relationship was consolidated, which continues today, also at his law firm, based in Naples. Following the qualification to practice the legal profession also with reference to legal aid before the Higher Jurisdictions, I have gained in-depth knowledge of all issues relating to Civil Law, with particular reference to real estate asset management, commercial, bankruptcy, industrial, banking, civil liability, consumer protection, debt collection, family law, labor law, sports law, international law and management of movable assets, as well as extremely significant experience in the extrajudicial field in contractual and arbitration matters.
Since May 1991 he has been responsible for the management of the Zampaglione agricultural companies in the Calitri area (Avellino), carrying out a wide range of roles: analysis and definition of the scope of company activities, planning of interventions and investments, coordination of operational activities, purchases , marketing and sales. The company, after being converted from traditional to organic, has achieved the objective of closing the food supply chain, moving from the cultivation of wheat to its transformation into flour and then to the production of pasta with traditional methods; in addition to cereals, native vines are grown (the fruits of which are transformed into fine wines), fruit and vegetables, medicinal herbs and honey of every variety. The company today is also involved in an evolution towards alternative energy production prospects (wind and photovoltaic).
